What are your hours of operation?
Answer: We are open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to Noon.
What is your turn around time?
Answer: Often orders are completed within 5 business days. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need something faster than that. We pride our business on customer satisfaction!
Do you deliver?
Answer: Delivery arrangements are available. Please contact us to discuss your needs. We also are willing to ship your order if needed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Checks, Cash and Paypal.
Do you have a return policy?
Answer: We cannot accept returns on printed shirts. If you find that there is a mistake in production we will do everything in favor to correct the issues for you.
Do you offer a warranty on installed products?
Answer: We offer a full two year warranty on all installed products. This includes manufacture defects in material and installation issues. This warranty does not cover your neglect or damage to installed products.
What type of vinyl do you use?
Answer: We use high performance cast vinyl materials on all lettering jobs. These materials give you the customer the longest possible outdoor usuage in the harsh New England conditions.

Screen Printing Questions:


Do you have a minimum order for Screen Printing?
Answer: We require a minimum of 12 pieces for screen printing. Single color designs can be done at any quantity, however they are subject to a fee on orders less than 12.
Do you charge set-up fees?
Answer: We do require a screen setup fee of $25.00 per color on your inital order. This will cover the cost of creating the design and producing the films. These items are kept on file for all future reorders.
What kind of inks do you use?
Answer: We use only Wilflex Brand Inks. These inks have been around since 1960 and have been durability tested over the years.

Artwork Related Questions:


Can you create artwork for use on my project?
Answer: Artwork is quoted on a case by case basis. We typically give you 30 minutes of artwork design for free. If graphics are very complex and require more design time, we charge an hourly rate of $45.00. Before any work begins we can give you a total fee estimate.
What type of files do you need my design in?
Answer: We used vector based files for production. These files include .ai, .eps, .cdr. These files are the easiest to produce designs from. If you have questions regarding the artwork please don't hesitate to email us over the files and we can advise.
Do I receive a proof for my order?
Answer: All designs are required to have customer approval before any production will begin. These proofs and concepts will have a sign off sheet for spelling, colors, etc. Our artwork proofs can be sent via email or printed for your approval.
